	MSP Aircraft Aluminum Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit	Turbohoses MSP intercooler piping replacement kit consists of polished extremely light weight aircraft quality aluminum piping & hump hoses. It is a direct replacement for the OEM plastic piping. The stock BOV attaches without any modification. Due to the inherent heat soaking of the stock IC, we have chosen aluminum which has the highest heat dissipation properties of any metal. During our test, we have found that using steel, stainless & aluminized steel not only added a considerable amount of weight to the system, but increased intake temperatures slightly higher than OEM piping on medium length drives. During R&D we have noted that the stock engine has an extreme amount of free play during start up and normal shifting of the transmission. To remedy any issues of the end tanks cracking we used hump hoses to allow for free play. Kits not using hump hoses will crack the fragile plastic end tanks under normal driving conditions.
