This M3 came to us struggling to just "run" consistently.  After much thought, the owner decided it best to start over after investing thousands of dollars into the previous build. 

Upon tear down and inspection of the engine and head, we found the cam hardware began backing off, which explained many of the inconsistencies in the initial dyno runs.  We also found the front timing set to be extremely noisy which lead to timing be pulled from the knock sensors. 

All bushings in the subframe were worn, cracked or deteriorated to the point that they were almost missing.  The brakes pads were worn down to the rivets and every brake disc were scratched.

On a VERY conservative tune and 15psi. we dyno'd the car at 439whp/ 379ft. lbs. torque on 91 octane.
