Shipping Orders are shipped from California. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of being placed. Your order may not ship the same day if any items are out-of-stock. We will notify you within 24 hour if items you ordered are out-of-stock. Orders are shipped UPS ground if not specified. Orders received after 3:30PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Returns To make a return, call or email us with your Invoice # and the item(s) you would like to return. We will give you further instructions to process your return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom and special order items are not refundable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Parts must be returned within 15 days from receipt. All returns must be authorized by Turbo Hoses. Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed. Items returned to our warehouse without a Pre-Authorization will be refused. Exchanges To make an exchange, email or call us with your Invoice # and the item(s) you would like to exchange. We will e-mail you back with further instructions to process your exchange. Inquiries for exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt. Shipping/Handling Rates All shipping/handling charges are added to your invoice at time of shipping. Rates vary depending on method of shipping and location. Please go to www.ups.com for an estimate on shipping charges. Our shipping zip code is CA 94551. International Orders All orders shipped out of USA will have an additional shipping charge added. Payment Methods Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money order/Cashiers check, Check (10 Days Clearance). No COD. Cancellations Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
